Familiar Creatures released commercials for Crunch Fitness and Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey. The Crunch Fitness spot is airing on TV, and the FDU ads feature animation from Cream Studio. The agency is working on a student recruitment commercial for Mercy College in New York to be released later this year.

Familiar Creatures hired Jon Ollom as a junior copywriter and Natalie Shenk as assistant brand manager. Ollom is a Boston University grad and interned at Kameleon London and at Hill Holiday and HeyLetsGo in Boston. Shenk last worked at Siddall.
